Did NTEK announce where exactly the 75% reduction

Did NTEK announce where exactly the 75% reduction in costs was coming from? Was it a from a single source or what??? I don't recall seeing anything other than them mention 'delivery' costs. That of course could mean any number of things. Regardless, it's all very positive for the bottom line. I just wondered if there were any specifics I may have missed?
