For those who are new or seasoned about penny stocks, you're in a world that's unique in its self; you can basically say that you're entering a jungle. Within this jungle, there are many pitfalls and traps you must avoid in order to successfully exit the jungle without being scathed. Unfortunately, many people fall victim to the common traps and pitfalls within this jungle and lose their investment because of it.
When you enter the penny stock world, you may notice people or groups on stock forums that may defend a particular stock with information with their way of words. Basically, it's their undeniable Ethos towards the stock and no particular information, no matter how strong it is, will make them understand an individuals perspective in regards of the questionable actions conducted by the company.
Here's a list of commandments they believe in and label others if they don't agree with them. Well, here it goes:
1. If a individual questions the company for any reason, they're labeled as a Basher.
2. If a individual asks reasonable questions after failed and missed deadlines from the company, they're labeled as a Basher.
3. If a individual expresses their opinion which may not be favorable to other peoples eyes, they're labeled as a Basher.
4. If a individual is new to a stock forum discussion, but addresses information that may be questionable as negative or often called as "Bashing" but is factual based on past actions on the company or its leader, they're labeled as a Basher.
5. If a individual rejects an opinion from someone and provides a reasonable reason to why they disagree, they're labeled as a Basher.
These commandments are not only found on this stock, but for many penny stocks as well. And just like any jungle, you must have tools to guide your way towards success.
If you see an individual that falls within any of the 5 Ethos Commandments on stock forums, be very cautious of what they're doing. I hope this list of Ethos Commandments held by people who will never deny a company's and its questionable actions can help people with their investment and getting through their jungle.
It's a jungle folks in the penny stock world. Be very careful when you're in the jungle. Obviously, there are many other factors to consider when considering an investment towards a company that include their financial statements. However, always take caution of those who will never admit a company's wrong doing despite the obvious and consistent trends that have been portrayed in both the past and present.
Always do your DD folks and don't get sucked into the hype. It will save you headaches later.
