Most troubling is they didn't file a "late filing" which suggests
something serious is preventing them from filing at all,
not just a minor delay. Likely has something to do with
the ongoing lawsuit over Content purchases, which also
goes to why we still have no New Content Contract.
Sure hope DF can straighten out this mess when he
gets back because current management has clearly
dropped the ball.
