I'm in the same boat as most with this investment, except I'm only down about 85% instead of over 90% like many people....
This investment has certainly had it's share of frustrations with it.
But, I also know from first hand experience that even with the best laid out business plans with the best management at the helm are going to have screw ups along the way. A lot of people don't realize this is part of running a business which adds to many peoples frustration...
There's nothing wrong with discussing that in a constructive manner, as you said....it is needed to keep it as balanced as possible on the board, to even give potential new investors the whole story to supplement their own DD before making an informed investment decision.
I do feel however there are some almost clever bashers in this group will take advantage of peoples frustrations. play on them and try to turn it into a "the sky is falling" scenario. It takes a group that tries to maintain a fairly realistic, but positive spin on this investment and moves it toward a negative sentiment. That will de-evolve this group.
That has happened to all of the NTEK FB groups, the other NTEK group on this site and the other site that shall not be named. They are either unrealistic cesspools of negative sentiment or ghost towns..... Sites that maintain a negative sentiment simply burn out because no normal person can tolerate constant negativity. It's part of what the folks arrayed against NTEK do to stifle meaningful communication about the company.
This the only sight left that provides any kind of realistic DD or productive discussions about NTEK. That's because the MODS keep a fairly tight reign on how far the negativity goes, to the point of error sometimes.
But...this still ends up being the "go to" place for info for all parties....folks that want a realistic and sometimes overly positive view of the company and also some DD as well as the people trying to sink the stock, looking for info to help them in that cause.
So...call us the "Pony Board" or the "Ostrich Board", this is still the place people will come for information because there is no reliable source even close to providing information on the company, except the company...... And it's like that because the mods keep a tight reign on the negativity.even if it keeps the group a bit constrained.
Personally, I'd rather have that then the alternative ....JMHO
