$GRCK's ShareRails is focused on the online-to-offline commerce space. Their technology leverages online marketing strategies to attract customers to physical retailers. Increasing foot traffic to brick and mortar storefronts in the midst of online competition has gained substantial attention in recent months, due to greater investment in the space by retailers. HSBC projects the size of the O2O market is $150 billion in China, alone.
