Everyone has complained about that ! I have sent repair orders in everyday because I watch it. They have done absolutely nothing to correct the problem. I have seen voice out of sinc, it in full forward or rewind and the continuous pixel problem, all have been sent in complaints, it's like they have to much to do or drastically under manned .
