Finding an actual 10 bagger before it goes up ten

Finding an actual 10 bagger before it goes up ten fold is not an easy task. May I think involve more LUCK than research because you would still have to know what to research.  Well for those who have time to do some DD/research and understand this one will take 12 to 18 months to hit 10x or much greater, is CTIX.
