The good thing is, for them to be able to do much harm to the company, they have to have actionable information to act on and a set time frame to do it in.....
Info after the fact doesn't really give them any chance at all......
All they can really do is try to rattle share holders with the normal games. That might shake a few hands, but the shareholder base for NTEK is a pretty loyal bunch.
Interesting times ahead.....imo
