Hey Smalls,
First you are a trader with 21 years experience (your own words) and now you're not? Well, I'll just leave that right there.
You seem to be fixated on how IR is paid. Why don't you ask them. You also seem to have the need to know where the money came from to fund the MRVB. Again, all you need to do is ask. I did and got the answers to both questions right away.

Basically, Bill invested in DUST at a little less than $5 per share. DUST is not trading at around $50 per share.
Therefore, if you ask a question in a civilized manner, you will receive a civilized answer. Personally, I really have to give IR a whole lot of credit for dealing with some of the rude and insulting people.
Tell you what, anytime you have a hard question, put it on ihangout and one of us experienced traders/investors will get the answer for you so you can shut up and quit complaining.
