$BRGO 10Q out & it was great *** Plus News On MJ Venture Due
at anyday now...From CEO Berge Abajian:
Me: Good evening Gentlemen,
Just read through the 10Q and very alarmed by the desultory sales. $89k for a quarter is rather terrible and demonstrates a company that is not doing well. I'm also hoping that you will update the state of convertible debt. As of 9/30 in the 10q none of the convertibles have been paid down, including the large Iliad note. Yet the outstanding share count has exploded increasing approximately 3-fold in that time period.
Gentlemen, you have created a lot of hype and sold a lot of shares based on several tweets promising many updates beginning 2 weeks ago, none of which have happened yet. I hope for the sake of these new investors that you have much more happening than what is reported in the 10q.
Berge: There no hype, PR is coming out soon. I've been traveling and meeting clients and will be back in the office this week to approve the PR.
