nitro NTEK has openly admitted it has been UNDERFUNDED
to accomplish its growth plans for a long time.
Like it or not as a PINK SHEET stock the only way
NTEK was going to get enough FUNDING for growth
was to DILUTE so they had to R/S to increase the
O/S.
Now we're at the point
As long as NTEK executes on its growth plans and
its cost reductions are REAL as they say, then the
R/S will have turned out to be the right decision in
the long run for the company and they won't have
to dilute anymore.
