Ed, Thank you for your fast reply. I have had no issue trading MIHL through any of my 5 brokerages (etrade, Scottrade , td ameritrade, state street, and sharebuilder). I am just trying to clarify that there is no DTCC Chill as some ill-informed people have said. According to the DTCC’s website there is a document OTC-139.pdf, dated 07/20/2012, Subject: updates to the list of OTC cleared securities… under Reorganization, Hi- Tech Crime Solutions Corp. (ticker – SPFM, CUSP - 42841B100) is listed as delete and Montague International Holding (ticker - MIHL, cusp – 611810102) is listed as add. This tells me that SPFM was chilled but the reorganization into MIHL canceled that chill. Nothing from the old company (SPFM) remains. Not the CUSP, the management, or the share structure. MIHL is practically a brand new company. Is there any way you can confirm this? Here is a link to that document on the DTCC’s website:
