Regulated information - Ageas reports on the progress of share buy-back programme

Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 10 August 2016, Ageas reports the purchase of 163,392 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 07-11-2016 until 11-11-2016.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 15 August 2016, Ageas has bought back 1,828,357 shares for a total amount of EUR 58,234,603. This corresponds to 0.84% of the total shares outstanding.
