The thing I don't get is that they have a price target, but they won't look for a buy until around 0.0002-3...If they feel the pps is worth less than why have a price target of 0.01-0.05...It's just confusing that's all....move up on the bid and take fewer shares if necessary...you can still get the ss where it needs to be...~imo
