According to the decision of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, there will be a change in the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Infra and Tallinna Teede AS, both subsidiaries of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group.
Keit Paal will become the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Infra as of 14 November 2016. The Supervisory Board will continue with three members: Keit Paal (the Chairman), Veljo Viitmann and Mihkel Mugur. There was also decided to extend the powers of the Members of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Infra, Veljo Viitmann and Mihkel Mugur according to the statues for the three years tenure, i.e. until 13 November 2019.
Keit Paal will become the Chairman and Tõnu Toomik will join as the additional member of the Supervisory Board of Tallinna Teede AS as of 14 November 2016. Alar Lagus and Veljo Viitmann will continue as the Members of the Supervisory Board of Tallinna Teede AS.

AS Merko Infra´s main task is building external networks of water, sewerage and gas pipelines, installing sewerage pump rooms and constructing and renovating storm water systems. The electrical works department engaged in designing, setting up and building medium- and high-voltage substations and electrical lines.
Tallinna Teede AS performs project management and provides workforce for all road maintenance countrywide, builds road structures and the associated infrastructure, performs maintenance repair, road surface dressing and provides road maintenance services. The company also produces different mixtures in its own asphalt plant.
