That not going to happen Hangover Joe's is the working class Hero of the Shareholders. Remember Hangover Joe's stood up and went to court, these guys are in a bad position. What i think a lot of people don't understand is that if HJOE wins its going to set fact and your going to have a ton of other companies going after these guy jumping on that band wagon. The climate in the society has changed. The system was fixed for these guys, the fix was in with toxic lenders to destroy companies and shareholders. Hangover Joe's was very wise to see the trends in the company and go after these guys. That what the Trump revolt was about shareholders and companies alike are tired of the elite scewing them, and that what these toxic loan guys have been doing to companies for sometime. So if HJOE wins it's going to in the end cost these guys millions because the way of doing business will change forever. This is much bigger than most understand i think. That is why even though the company is not trading they are attack around the clock, it's been personal HJOE has these guys on the rope and the SEC knows it and backed the company and the shareholders by going the extra distance. They sent a message to the Toxic guys with that ruling they don't like this kind of stuff and don't think their not watching also on this stuff. Also the judge in the case will now know that even if he ruled for the toxic guys its ilegal at this time based on the SEC going the extra step to trade this stock if awarded So look at the message the SEC have sent the court and the toxic bosses.
