The victory sits with the company at the moment, time will determine victory for the shareholders. I myself am optimistic and think that their ability to concentrate solely on the brand, sales and distribution will make for an overwhelming profit for shareholders if all goes as they envision. If you read my post and link about ITEX you can see how this may play out if summary judgment is granted.
