IG, I cannot respond to you privately, so I will do so publicly. I must give you credit. You said HJOE would file a form 15 and go dark and you were correct. However, you were incorrect that they would land in the grays. They did not. Why would they choose to go dark instead of gray, and why would the SEC cut a deal with them? I'm wondering if perhaps, just perhaps, they do plan on filing, and they do plan on following through for investors and they were trying to protect the company from convertible debt. Now, I'm sure there is the possibility that they will remain dark, but that remains to be seen. I have rarely witnessed a company take the steps to avoid the gray market as HJOE has. In a bad situation, they've made the most of it, and thats still not great. The question will be moving forward, do they make chicken salad out of chicken shit and take it to those who have fought to take them down, or remain dark indefinitely? My bet is on the former.
