Im not saying they are going to, but as far as I know as long as they PR any announcements before the next trading session then Yes they can make new announcements at the SH meeting. They could even PR it before, during or right after.
That being said if Ms. Li is actually there Saturday ... boom! ( p.s. Jenny please seat me at Mrs Li's table, thank you)
