Hand ground top sirloin burgers seasoned with onion,garlic,oregano and pepper with shredded sharp cheddar cheese mixed into the burgers and "Pittsburged"over oak coals with mexican style baked potato skins (cheddar cheese and taco sauce with refried beans underneath) all on the grill.
