Greets all - back from TX - had awesome trip except most rain I've ever seen in TX - Raceday was ruff - we got to track at 10am Rain came just before start and took till 6pm to start race - they got a shortened race in but didn't end till 10:30 pm so spent 13 hrs there for a shortened race.
I got over to HQ Mon afternoon - all were in and was pleasantly surprised witnessing a lot of foot traffic ongoing with folks coming and going. It was a very strong vibe. Dave and Jerry both made themselves available to us for a short period of time which was greatly appreciated.
What's contained below is some of what I asked and gleaned in the short window that time permitted and want to emphasize that I asked what could legally be replying to NONE of this is hidden material that would violate confidentiality SEC rules.
1st and foremost Jerry re-emphasized to me that we are still solidly in this Branding phase and will continue to be so and that sure makes me pleased as an investor. So don't be looking for more avenue channels to opened soon. Many future projects are still parked on shelf until we've gained more inroads via distributorships and agreements. Due to time frame didn't get any info on 7/11 or major box stores sadly upon refection.
I did ask about future production runs - asked if we are close to another canning and he answered with an affirmative - Then asked without violating could he give me a ballpark of the next can run size - he couldn't but smiled and said he could share this - said that min production on canning line is a Min of 200K per SKU# - so each flavor will be canned with a min of 200K - so best selling flavors will be to the forefront. He then went out and grabbed a "NEW" can that I saw - he said to share that they've "tweaked" the design - some verbiage will be changed and they've learned that the overlay over a white background really makes colors Pop - y'all gonna love the new "tweaked" can's that will be in the next production run. colors really look bold and was impressed .
Then asked about what the LOI status is currently alive or dead? - he stated that the bashers who stated it died after 30 days full of it. Said that the 30 day period was just a window that allowed for the meeting of the minds in that time-frame and that did happen. It's fully still on table and this is a deal that could be a real game changer. He said Dave - if this is consummated we could all be huge winners and really loved his vibe. He went as far as to say that come Sat there is a very good likelihood that Ms Li will be at the SH Meet Sat.
Lastly I asked about any availability to webcast that meeting for those who couldn't attend - myself included - he answered negative - saying that due to advice of legal they will not broadcast it live - but will rather tape it - upload YouTube and will be on their Facebook page soon after. To me that's more than satisfactory. He's not gonna give fodder for the bashing fools. He also pointed out that the best they can track now is approx 28mm shares shorted currently. he then stated (didn't say blow your sox off or historical news) that shorty gonna get it broke off when they have to cover with our next rally once he releases news
Sorry I got long winded here but am still super stoked as well as staying awake after polls closed to watch results so I'll end this post and later will post a personal take of what I see ahead.
For those of you attending the Meet at Gilly's Sat - am sure y'all gonna have a fine time. again due to elections I had to be back for yesterday and not gonna fly back for meet. But My Pal (LOGGMAN) Carl will be there for our group. Hope y'all get to meet him - great dude -- He'll be wearing a GREEN NORMAL tee or hoodie and wearing a Marine cap -- ya won't miss him so hope all get to chat him up
Just remember - we are a work in progress and progressing is what we are doing - no matter what liehub folks who are working for the shorters want you to believe. We have to keep those clowns far far away from this board no matter how hard they keep changing nics and ip addys to try and mess up this board - I want them to die a slow death of 1000 cuts
