Ymagis Group Expands Eclair's Dubbing Business in Spain with Addition of Tecnison
Ymagis Group (ISIN: FR0011471291, TICKER: MAGIS, PEA-PME-eligible), the European specialist in digital technologies for the cinema industry, today announced the acquisition of Madrid-based Tecnison SA, one of Spain's leading dubbing services companies for cinema, television and multimedia. Under the terms of the agreement, Ymagis Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ymagis Spain SLU, becomes the sole shareholder of Tecnison SA.

Angel Martin will oversee operations alongside current Managing Director Ana Arbona.
Tecnison is a market leader in dubbing services for cinema and television, including localization, subtitling and mixing services (5.1, 7.1 and Dolby® Atmos). The company was founded in 1974 by Jose Luis Arbona and has been managed by his daughter, Ana Arbona, for these past ten years. In 2008, Tecnison completely renovated its facilities, which led in 2015 to the creation of a new mixing room equipped with Dolby® Atmos sound technology with Dolby certification.
In 2015, Tecnison recorded revenue of EUR 4.3 million (+26.5% over the prior year). Tecnison's 42 full-time employees have now become part of the Ymagis Group.
