Small but very significant RECENT change ....
I've been in this stock from .0002 for 6 months while this stock was "dead" and while researching during that time I have probably landed on that exact page (link below) 10 times or more and that bottom right section was never there.

So why would they add merger/acquisition Pixel Mags, Inc. to their profile page last Friday if it were not still in effect.
IMO they wouldn't - it IS in effect and final papers could be filed at anytime.
