How is that against TOS?
IR is urging people to buy due to the "window closing" yet their BID isnt competitive. That remains relevant. If the price isnt good enough for them to buy they shouldnt be encouraging others to. That is a disconnect and very relevant for shareholders.
I will not apologize for trying to hold IR accountable or call them out for the non productive and unprofessional treatment of shareholders and potential investors. I will especially not do so when thenprice continues to tank while the OS increases.

I remain a large shareholder and I am not happy with their results. So far - they have delivered nothing but potential and hype. There are no "facts" to independently verify otherwise. However, the "facts" that the shareprice is significantly lower and the OS being significantly higher since their coming aboard cant be disputed. Until we see real forward movement - it is nothing but hype and potential. In the meantime - someone or some group has been systematically unloading/converting the entire time IR has been here
