Paris, November 7, 2016 - Capgemini Group announces that the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has today granted the visa number 16-518 on the prospectus relating to the issue by Cap Gemini S.A., the parent company of the Group, of its 500 million euro 0.50% senior unsecured notes due November 9, 2021 (issue price 99.769%).

Copies of the prospectus are available without charge at the head office of Cap Gemini S.A., 11, rue de Tilsitt, 75017 Paris. The prospectus is also available on the website of the company ( www.capgemini.com ) and on the AMF website ( www.amf-france.org ).
