She lies verifiably less than her opponent.
As for which candidate has done more for Blacks?
She never did own some apartments that she refused to rent to Blacks and ended up being sued by the Feds for it.

I suppose all of the Blacks who will vote for her don't see the differences between her and Trump, but YOU know which one will be better for them?
