Every time you see a red 10,000 or 10,200 multiple - at the same price as a green hit - like just happened at .0018 at 11:51:12 - that is a non-retail trade at a 5-decimal place price.
They then did the same at .0017 and one moron panicked and sold his shares at .0016 (but it was just a small scale trader with only 1.25M). In fact he was a seller from .0018 (now reduced to 3.75M from 5M) so he gave away $250 needlessly - and a lot more if $INCC goes to the level expected.
