HJOE cannot be traded on TD Ameritrade. I know Scott Trade went through, but doubt it will take. Here's what everyone needs to know about the gray market. The typical frenzy to the door takes places within the first few trading hours with a successful match between a buyer and seller, usually through a phone call placed to brokers. HJOE has no volume and trades are not happening. This is very atypical of the action in the gray market. Even the lead basher IGlow will tell you that the dump will happen quickly within the first couple of hours. Not happening folks. That leads me to believe we are in stasis until the judge review. Just an opinion with the last, but there is no dump and for the time being that is good news.
Moving forward over the next couple of days, if we stay in this status while the SEC makes a determination, that is a good sign for us, in a bad situation. If it does get suspended for an extended period of time, it is the BEST in our condition. It gives HJOE the ability to come back, and come back strong. It is also a strong sign, that the SEC agreed and HJOE was looking out for investors, which should give us all confidence in their commitment to us, their dealers and their consumers.
Sit tight, we're not out of the woods yet, but there may be a glimmer of hope here.
