Nothing personal against the previous team, especially our founder, but look what is taking place here, with a new direction and "FIRE ANTS IN HIS PANTS TONY", who gets this thing in motion immediately after 8k number 1 getting a BOD seat, then 8k number 2 "ok, I'm in charge now", add effective communication with a plan, a direction, and updates the shareholders.
