IMO, was re-reading the PR and noticed the title "Baltia's New President Addresses The Aviation Industry " I found it interesting it was not a shareholder update or letter to the shareholders, its to the aviation industry. To a lesser extent it is a update to current shareholders, but seems to be a release marketing Baltia's new direction to the industry as a whole of Baltia's new direction and their plans. to garner awareness and intrigue to the entire industry. Nice move IMO.
