gotta love when NON RETAILs' undertakings get attributed to retail .. as if .. but it too
is beyond revealing with less than 3 weeks on the calendar
the reason why 2015's *volume* (mostly sub 10c) for PTOI was on par with 2010's volume (5.00 to 70c approx)
is because *many* (not all) actual P2O investors have never sold one share of PTOI .. added to the
CEs' relentless abusive efforts since CEs' hand off in Jan 2010 (from PRO to CON re: $cycle of money)
then factor in the reality (and 2016's *volume* which is currently running less than 2015's volume with a PPS for
the most part sub 5c) that some originals have never deposited their certs into any brokerage firm (i.e. no access
let alone the sophistication of say what certain dirty whales would have done circa 2012 and visible in Jan 2013)
and the CEs' (colluding entities for new eyes) have one very real dilemma with P2O's ability to execute (first sale
and/or material events' noted in March's 2016 Shareholder Update implemented in parallel)
ask yourself what would be the *usual OTC response* when an OTC CEO infused $Millions of his own money?
CEs' not UPSIDE DOWN would work the OTC cycle of $ .. UP .. and how you know CEs' (embedded in PTOI
since April 2009) were UPSIDE DOWN in Sept 2013 (when current CEO did just that) .. was PTOI was taken
from 35c (9.30.13) to 10c (12.31.13) .. CEs' never stopped *resetting and compressing* PTOI *DOWN*
that is why there are very specific price points worth noting what *volume* and quality of the tape of trades ..

5c is clearly the *efforts* of the last 18 months +
but then watch for actual volume that gets PTOI thru .. 10c/20c and 35c (9.30.13)
the next level i'm specifically watching for (whenever it happens) is 1.50 to 1.65 ..
that was the *level* undertaken from some of 2012's entrants (dirty whales) and where CEs' stopped out
their last *illegally orchestrated* RUN UP on PTOI in Jan 2013 ($1.49) .. i have no doubts
(based on what was filed by them and when) the dirty whales who play the rigged game (LONDON CALLING)
are/were just one level of FILTH in play .. (overlapping) ..
the ability to understand pattern recognition is invaluable when it comes to OTC patterns
the cycle of money always in play .. because it almost always can be by the NON RETAIL ENTITIES who usually
do CONtroll *outcomes*
pattern recognition can be gleaned from observing the quality of any OTC stocks' tape of trades
and it does take time .. because that learning curve isn't *seamless* either .. just like few who have ever worked
for a start up in transition .. expect *seamless* from the day the doors open
i suspect many (including current mgmt and P2O's founder to say nothing of most original investors) have learned
far more from what has been undertaken *against* P2O/PTOI .. than they ever could have anticipated in 2008/2009
