Johnson Controls automotive just changed its name to Adient.... No Chapter 11 or 13. New business strategy new name, not that hard to understand! Baltia was named for a business strategy of routes to the Baltic region. Maybe that's not the focus now! There is no need to guess at this point, because 99% of the guess on the boards are wrong! Wait for the next PR with the new strategy of our company!
