The name change is not a problem with the stock might have to run through additional paperwork with the FAA. The re-capitalization would probably require a R/S. Then a Debt issue. Which might not be a bad thing if it gives us credibility in the investment community. But I hope financing and certification happen very, very, very soon after a R/S.
