For all intents and purposes, everyone here is "in the know." By that I mean we all know what we should know, and nothing more. Tony will make an excellent president for Baltia, better (in my opinion) than any president the company has had thus far. I don't want to take away from Igor or Russel, but Tony is a different creature. He has a lot more passion and drive than people understand, and while I think he sometimes lets his ego get the best of him, fuck it. That's what we need right now. A hardass who won't take shit from people. It'll be great to watch him steer the ship in the right direction after the last two miserable years.
But equally important is that Conrad Kalitta (just google his name and spend a couple hours reading about the tens, probably hundreds of millions of dollars he has made through his businesses) is now on the BoD, and he has been invaluable to Baltia making it this far. This is another type of animal, not just some new guy on the team. It's like drafting Peyton Manning when the last several years have been a bunch of Tim Tebows.
