I understand and actually respect you for "pulling my coattail" to that, yes sir, I know it is not cool to post what I do. And especially to a coward like him, after all if he turns a person in for bs, lies, etc etc, I can only imagine my file getting bigger and bigger after all I post
understand this though, I have seen, I have heard, I have chatted on pms, phone calls, emails to dozens and dozens of people/shareholders and the effects that those agenda driven bashers have over there, lives shattered, families destroyed, over these POS, i can go on and on, you know that other ticker, I was involved emotionally in like this one here, that was REAL, the past was yes, crooked by the CEO, new beginning with lots of baggage but a new CEO and BOD maybe naive because they were new to the OTC and public trading place, but were willing to overcome the past baggage to make it right, not overnight but steady, there was a FAA deal in place, FACT, FAA in the OTC, with low float and many loyal shareholders willing to hold and patient, it could have been life changer for the better of many average people, instead it became a life changer to the bad for many average people I was close but not inside to the thing as these POS say, so before duriing and especially after the fact, especially after the fact because now I can be told everything that went down and how it went down, pepe, malc and others of their associates 'singlehandling" sabotaged and destroyed that deal with that company and the FAA, simply by as I said, FLOODING the FAA with complaints, lies, slander etc etc where the FAA not because of what the company did or did not do, but "why all these complaints" from all these people" is what finally squashed the deal as the FAA did not want to deal with the company with so complaints on everything in the book in them, true or not true was not the issue, but just all the complaints, lies and slander complaints all day everyday, was the last straw for the ceo and bod and quit, leaving shareholder dump and probably many did because now the POS are posting delisted coming etc etc, and the ticker is still trading mind you, but yes, I heard it all bro, from the representative of company after the fact to all the going ons during the tenure, to all the shareholders concerns of lives destroyed because of the failure of the company now. Do I think the OTC companies and CEOs are all innocent, NO WAY, many POS also, do I think they are all quilty, NO WAY, some good ones also, do I think these bashers are crooked, morally f...cked up, YES SIR, it looks way bad now, I agree, but that other one, I did the DD after the fact and got more answers then I ever got because I could now, it was not a company, but, with open eyes and open ears to hear everything out, from half dozen principals in the company, no scam no fraud but some new ceo and bod member new to the OTC taking their company public in ticker that yes had lots of baggage from the last ceo and he was something else yes sir, but the news ones were real, honest and just wanting to build a public trading company.
Hard to believe and understand, but my sentiments to that, to end that, I just say for it to be easier understood in our trading understanding, company was RS in like april, around 40 mil float, ended with 50 mil float, around there give or take, not sure exact numbers, but, OTC ticker, scam? 40 mil float? RS in april, retail but one or two brokerages could even trade for month, no selling by company during that month, 6 month later, average OTC "scam" would have already added 1 billion or more to the float and the pps back to trips right? 10 mil added to the float and above penny is how it ended, THAT THERE, RIGHT THERE, even if anyone does not believe a word I say, that there, OTC traders should comprehend, FACT and that is not me but the numbers speaking that it was not as scam, but yet, did not reach its potential not because of the ceo nor the bod, but by agenda driven POS like malc, pepe, and others, that tactic as i said, flood the sec, finra and whatever other place they can to sabotage chit, why? IMO in hopes to collect a small fee MOST OF THE TIME from whistle blowing fees that come with companies ending up getting fined etc etc, I believe there are other agendas, and has to be, because the whistle blowing fees split up are not a lot per person, unless you stumble on the 10s of millions scams, 1 and 1,000,000 odds IMO, but there is something else to this chit that I have not figured out, has to be yes BIG BUSINESS because to much time and effort they put into it, someday we find out maybe and wont be shocked at all to whatever it is.
That was only one example, only because I feel more comfortable in the know on everything that happened and learned a lot more after the fact then I knew before, and by the way, not going on just words, I saw in writings authentic communications, concerns, back and forth convos, threats also, shady deal attempts, matter of fact the nail in coffin may have been when Kerry and I saw in writing to the exchanges, was given a ultimatum to either accept the toxic financing even though the ticker did not need any financing, and at their ridiculous terms, really crazy terms which would have destroyed shareholder value quickly, or the ticker would not last 90 more days, well, she told them to f....ck off of course and ticker was done in less then 90 days, nothing can be done, and not even trying to get something done, but the ones involved are closer then one may think to even this ticker, just saying, no names, no nothing, nothing can be done about it

I know bro, I already accept that I will see a courtroom, or two, LOL, I welcome it actually, I want my day in court face to face with my accusers, how is the 'victims" scared of the accusations the POS post, about feds and you are insider, selling share scams etc etc, I hate to use that term "victim' as I never will nor can be a "victim" victims are the ones that cant or wont fight back and get taken, if I fought back with guns to my head, before I am sure in the heck not scared of a coward that files complaints all day and everyday on everybody that does not post negs for his agenda, LOL,

Again, thank you for heads up but I realize and I do to much of that posting, but but but, I am already in the files by those POS slandering and lying on me, so, over 100 they have and will 'investigate" as they have to, the POS know that, complain, get my buddies on other board to do the same, get some family memebers, also post on the board for regular naive shareholders to complain also, THEY love those types, a real shareholder, convincing them to file, OMG, ever see, they are anxious to provide the link to file the complaint BUT never provide the link to the proof of "scam" or "fraud" imagine that.

This one and a fellow shareholder here ticker I got in because of his sentiments on it for future is all I am holding in the OTC, and I will always hold XNRG even when it is a buck...........................LOL,
