Indeed - because disciplined traders secured the majority of the really cheap shares in the .0002>.0005 range after I alerted it on Oct 24 - and because longs hold most of the extremely small amounts of shares that were available under .01 (often only 50K>100K available at various random points over a 24-month period) - it could be very thin to the upside if the main players in this stay cool.
