He called me for a minute earlier. I asked for a better explanation of the Auditor troubles. He gave me that and some info regarding debt and share issues. Acquired a little more debt and issued no shares in 5 months.

Then he had to go and has not called back yet. I will fill in anything I find with out specifics. Anything specific any more gives ammo to the idiots.
