They know who they are and how they operate all the while pretending the shanagans are just recent events. They simply don't have the resources financially and otherwise to go after these hooligans. Unless the company has deep pockets with great attorneys to pressure the SEC then it's possible I would think otherwise, try as they may Hjoe is much bigger then bashers or a few people playing arm chair warriors claiming to be all that.
