It is the 4th quarter, he needs to wait for the trademark to clear before he puts product to the market, it hasn't cleared yet, but it is in the final stages of clearing which from my estimate should take a few more months to do so. If it is sooner, than awesome I am not complaining at all if it does. I am basing my opinion off of other trademarks time it has taken them to clear while at this particular stage.

I am still excited for the future.
