Coming up: U.S. Consumer prices in November
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) – U.S. consumer prices likely fell 0.2% in November, largely because of lower gasoline prices, according to economists surveyed by MarketWatch. The government will release the consumer price index at 8:30 a.m. Friday. Excluding energy and food, the core CPI is forecast to rise 0.2%. In October, the CPI edged up 0.1%, or by 0.2% on a core basis.
