Just got off phone with Jerry
I asked him if I can post publicly of convo for shareholders, he said sure so here I am.
He wanted me to send regards to all, Company IS in business and is focused on bringing revenues, then Nevada, then filings, all the rest, will take care of itself, if we are on Grays, it is nothing he can do at this point to reverse that as it is in process, again, revs, Nevada, filings will take care of that and back to the OTC, btw have to remember and search but recall a gray getting back on track and getting back to OTC and is in pennies, will search for it.
I asked him if there was a active investigation going on, he said no and not that he knows about other then complaints he has answered to, but not a "scam" or "criminal" investigation at all, and anyone especially that POS over there says otherwise they are lying, PEOPLE understand, IF there was a criminal investigation, NOBODY in the know of it, is freakin posting on a public forum about it, especially a fed one, FACT!!! and that POS uses that chit to scare people, My lil interview was concluded with " we got 100s of complaints and have to "investigate" IF ONLY to shut the ones complaining up, cant wait for the findings to be concluded and heard in court with the POS there, I will be going up to his bioooooooatch ass in front of the judge and slapping the chit out of him, Shareholders, especially to the ones that give that POS credit for being "right" him and others like him flood these feds with slander and lies so YOU lose your money!!! but yet some post to his ass like he is some sort a friend, all along using you to bring more negative chit
Look at the chit he post about common shareholders, CMR has not been apart of XNRG since late 2014 but yet the POS still post that bs slander, CMR never had subcontractors or I am in trouble, because I never filed not mutha freakiin taxes on CMR earnings, BECAUSE I did not work nor got paid from them, I am going to do that redneck biooooooooooatch
Anyway, and another thing, I dont have much to offer but good sentiments still that at least XNRG is in business, we are not delisted nor will be, Jerry does not say much as "inside info" concerns contrary to some beliefs, nor do I want any, only want tone and sentiments of is the company working, working on deals, business as usual and working hard to break down barriers, I got that good sentiment from the phone call and take it as you may individually to your own sentiments.
Jerry was and sounded motivated as to upcoming happenings for the company and look forward to seeing what it is and finally we have something done and move forward from there.
oh, Jerry was surprised and does not feel the 2 years elapsed, saying that annual is in May, so 2 years will be next May, I have to look for myself and have not yet, BUT, attorneys he says is on it and working with SEC,
And also, out of curiosity asked him about complaints, he says yes, they get many inquiries from SEC to complaints filed by public, MANY, and it takes up so much of business time answering these complaints, just as I knew, TOLD U ALL BEFORE in post, this is the POS tactics, they do this chit on ALL OTC TICKERS, it f...cks with these small businesses that is hard to stay afloat anyway let alone, taking away from business at hand to answer bogus ass complaints from the same people and then their friends and families do the same chit so that names are different, THINK ABOUT THAT CHIT, next time you decide to give compliments to these POS out to make your money worthless, criminal in itself if you ask me with all the bogus complaints that cost the taxpayers, US, because feds have to take the time to "investigate" BULLCHIT!!!
copy and paste POS to the feds this, I am going to beat the chit out of your biooooooatch ass for messing with my kids and every shareholder in the OTC you biooooooooooatch
Think I covered it all, if i remember anything I will post, apologize that you all have to read my chit all the time, but yes, it disturbs the chit out of me knowing that these POS are IMO criminals and do more harm to tickers then the company does, that is fact also
