Investment banks, like BBH, never admit "wrong doing," they just settle so all "goes away" with them untarnished... The 50,000,000 shares are probably all sold by now. Existing DTC records will reveal who sold, bought what, when. Regardless the investor should demand "regurgitation" of the shares or criminal charges could be filed- Maybe Patriot Act violations, too-
