Publically kick their asses, string them up, flog them, show it on worldwide television that this is what happens with these crooks, jail anyone involved in the scam, put the brokers out of business, take the income from those doing the trading and take all the companies profits and reimburse those that lost money and those who went out of business from their corruption. Is that enough? Nowhere near.
