FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwired - Jun 23, 2015) - Gemini Group Global Corp. (OTC PINK: GMNI) ("Gemini Group Global" or the "Company" is pleased to announce the Company has executed a Product Distribution Agreement with Royal Vapour, LLC, a California-based manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of premium e-liquids for electronic cigarettes and vaping.

The Product Distribution Agreement (the "Agreement" , subject to certain terms and conditions, grants Gemini Group Global the exclusive wholesale marketing and distribution rights to the Royal Vapour™ Premium E-liquids line in the states of Texas, New Mexico, and Louisiana.
