Announcing Intelligent Forms (iForms) From VisualVault--Improving Service Delivery for the Public Sector

TEMPE, Ariz., Nov. 1, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - VisualVault , a Business Process Automation (BPA)/ Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software company, introduces iForms , a SaaS-based, workflow automation solution for the Public Sector. This is a completely new approach to improving service delivery for constituents by automating front end business processes quickly and efficiently. iForms enables government entities to migrate slow MS Word and PDF-driven processes commonly found in case management, licensing, certifying, process complaints, compliance, enforcement and Human Resource processes to highly efficient automated digital processes and do so at a reduced cost per interaction.

"Automating these critical front-end interactions with iForms, eliminates the traditional barriers and core legacy system limitations," commented Steve Pendleton, Managing Director of the Public Sector practice for VisualVault. "Improving these processes quickly and cost-effectively, with iForms, is a positive game-changer for state agencies and the people they serve."

VisualVault's, SaaS based iForms technology provides an automated way for state and local governments to present information to citizens in a simple and clear manner (contextual presentation), and accelerate the validation and processing of constituent data. Through iForms, the sorting and entry of structured and unstructured data into digital format is fully automated and streamlined; increasing the ease-of-use, flexibility, and accuracy of the information being delivered through VisualVault's secure cloud-based repository to citizens, service providers, and business owners. By automating these manual data entry tasks, public sector departments can meet their service expectations efficiently and at a low operational cost.
