i think we'll see a detailed Shareholder Update that accompanies
the DA when it is 8K'd .. on or before 11.25.16
i'm curious how close to that date .. P2O files
btw i'm a huge proponent of communication .. i politely pounded the table
via emails to mgmt for the last month about updating (specifically) the Form D
imo that $400,000 raised over the last few weeks is another clue ..
