HJOE didn't raise the minimum price of the dealerships, SMS did but the reason will benefit the company.
The jerky was never included in the agreement with SMS and as far as I know still isn't unless it just changed. Any dealer can buy the jerky directly from the company at the same price SMS was selling it for. HJOE will only wholesale the jerky to dealers and chain stores so unless SMS sells two dealerships for the same area which they won't do by their contract it's not an issue other than the company may sell it directly to large chain stores.
Rather than sitting around bitching about what we all know was a possibility as far as the suspension. I've done what I could to help. A few here know what that was.
