I get the argument. But the difference today o

It is time to separate your investor base with your fan base. While I am both they are not the same.
I think it is possibly the worst run investor relations that I have ever seen. That may sound harsh but I think it is time we change the way HJOE treats its investors. I for one, while not always sounding like it, am both and investor and a fan.
The investor side of me:
What the f*ck are you doing?? I am an easy to appease guy and do not really require much maintenance. But I don't like to be shit on either. I am not your Twitter base, I am the financial base, stop confusing the two. I promote the product, company and the stock. Most out of self interest, I admit, but not all of it. And maybe sometime I also confuse the two between investor and fan base. But my questions or comments are never personal to any individual I always direct my comments to a Company (HJOE) you are acting on my/our behalf. I own a piece of the company, I would like to know more about what is going on, what is so terrible about that. It should be common sense. Filing a form 15 technically should have been done awhile ago or at a minimum been the plan if this were to happen. If you communicate with the investors and give periodic updates I believe you would see us as an asset, not a nuisance.
To openly insult your investor base while saying you are for the investor gets a bit confusing. I can NOT believe for a second that you think I am a basher, outspoken investor: Yes. Basher no way. But you openly called me a KNOWN basher on twitter and subsequently blocked my account. You then continued to label this forum a supporter of bashers, thats just insane.
In my opinion, if you can shake my knees a bit, you just lost the guy on the fence. This hurts ALL of us. I have never sold a share of HJOE, I am in it to the end, but between your lack of communication and ill treatment you make me question both your loyalty to me and your ability to see that you are driving investors away with how you act. Everything you put out will be critiqued, its what we do. It's not personal, but you make it personal. You are your own worst enemy when it come to us investors. You fail to capitalize on an extremely loyal base. Maybe one could take this as bashing?? Hell no, we need a change in attitude and should expect or accept nothing less.
The Fan:
I bought the master case, very early on. Brought shots with me everywhere, GAVE sample boxes to stores, take pictures with HJOE in the foreground on my boat. I have placed 2 orders of Jerky, had a tasting at my place with friends, put up a review on Amazon. I would fly your flag around the Chesapeake bay if asked.
Others are also both fans and investors, Godspeed, set up this site with others to have discussion and show information about your company. 90% is praise and keeping track of the company information with 10% more leaning towards seeking information and venting about lack of information. Another investor/fan offered to set up web sites for dealers. I am sure most of your dealers are also investors who have to be fans. You have fans that are willing to promote and help for nothing in return.
We need a set up investor communication portal, just for us, off twitter!! It can be Facebook, just give us updates! To the investor, not the fan! If you only knew how far that would go. Monthly roll up of company operations, it would be incredible. Take 30 min a month to communicate directly with your investors.
Now for the last piece of my rant. Plan for everything!! You always say your in a war but your planning seems to be lacking. Every angle, what if you lose with KBM, you should come up with several options or directions for a long game. Continue to fine tune all contingencies. It surprises me you didn't have form 15 ready to submit, just fill in the date. Listen to the "bashers" they may give you insight to what their plan is. Take the emotion out, they were screaming this for a long time so maybe that angle should have been dealt with. You are able to separate the bullshit from possible "fact" I would love it if the enemy always told me what they are going to do. In my line of work we study the enemy and anticipate what his reaction will be, then make counter plans. So when the dust settles, what is the next step by KBM or the bashers? Delay more? Give your investors information to help counter the bashers as well, we can take care of this end if we are armed with information.
I hope you change your strategy on how you deal with your supporters because currently it sucks.
