Wow, I said this over a week ago. The company only had 2 CHOICES:
1.) Go Private and protect themselves, SMS, and the DEALERS.
2.) Go into partnership with another company to stay afloat...I.e. ATTITUDE DRINKS and their partnership with a Beer Craft Distributor/restaurant out of Boston.
Management told us straight out that they care about the company not about shareholders.
