Stockholm, 2016-10-31 10:06 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Chairman of PledPharma AB has established a Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting that is to be held on April 25, 2017.
The Nomination Committee consists of Staffan Persson, Peter Lindell and Astrid Samuelsson. The members of the Nomination Committee have been appointed by PledPharma’s three major shareholders. The Nomination Committee has elected Staffan Persson as convener for the Committee. Håkan Åström (Chairman of PledPharma) has been co-opted to the Nomination Committee.
The Committee's task is to present to the Annual General Meeting proposals regarding Chairman and other members of the board as well as fees and other remuneration to the Board´s members. The Nomination Committee shall also submit proposals for appointment and remuneration of auditors. Further, the Committee shall submit proposals to the process to appoint the Nomination Committee for the AGM in 2018.
